• For hygiene and health & safety reasons, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on hair extension products once they have been dispatched.
  
  

• Please ensure you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
  
  

2. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. You may still be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if your item is:

• Faulty,
  
  

• Damaged, or
  
  

• Not as described.

3. Exceptions to Hygiene Policy

The only exceptions where a return may be accepted are:

• If the product is faulty on arrival, or
  
  

• If the wrong item was sent.

To qualify, hair extensions must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all hygiene seals intact.
