For hygiene and health & safety reasons, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on hair extension products once they have been dispatched.

2. Legal Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. You may still be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if your item is:

Damaged, or

Not as described.

3. Exceptions to Hygiene Policy
The only exceptions where a return may be accepted are:

To qualify, hair extensions must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all hygiene seals intact.
