2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship from London, UK. Shipping rates are as follows:

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery (2–4 business days): £5.99

  • Express Delivery (1–2 business days): £10.99

International

  • Standard International Delivery (5–10 business days): £14.99

  • Express International Delivery (3–5 business days): £24.99

Pre-Order Policy


What is a Pre-Order?


Pre-orders allow you to reserve an item before it becomes available or while it’s being restocked. When you place a pre-order, your payment secures your item in our next incoming shipment from our vendor.


Processing & Shipping Times

    •    Vendor to Us: We receive pre-ordered items from our supplier within 6–8 business days.

    •    Processing & Shipping to You: Once we receive your item, we process and ship your order within 1–2 business days.

    •    Estimated Delivery Window: Please allow a total of 8–12 business days from the date of purchase for your pre-order to ship.

    •    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
